This policy is a practical draft for launch preparation and should be reviewed by K Drive before publication. K-Drive Car Management Limited (“K Drive”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup area, destination, travel date, time, passenger count, selected vehicle, flight information, trip notes, booking status and payment verification status. Partnership requests may include vehicle make, model and the message you submit.
Basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser information and website activity may also be processed by our hosting, security and analytics providers when those services are enabled.
2. Why we use your information
- To calculate or prepare transport estimates.
- To receive, review and confirm booking requests.
- To contact you about availability, payment and trip arrangements.
- To manage partnership enquiries and vehicle-owner discussions.

3. Lawful basis
Depending on the situation, we process information to take steps at your request before providing a service, to perform a transport arrangement, with your consent, to meet a legal obligation, or for legitimate interests that do not override your rights.
4. How information is shared
Information may be shared only as needed with authorised K Drive staff, the vehicle or driver assigned to a confirmed trip, website hosting and database providers, email delivery providers such as Web3Forms, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. Bank transfer information
K Drive displays bank account instructions for manual transfer. This website does not collect card details. Payment verification records may be retained with the relevant booking.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the booking, customer support, record keeping, dispute handling, legal compliance and legitimate business needs. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about how your data is used, access it, correct inaccurate data, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion or portability, withdraw consent where consent is relied on, and lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
