These terms are a launch draft and should be reviewed by K Drive before publication. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
1. Booking requests
A website submission is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after K Drive reviews the trip, confirms availability and communicates confirmation to the customer.
2. Estimates and final pricing
Configured route and vehicle combinations may display an estimate. If a route or vehicle price is unavailable, the request can still be submitted with the price marked as pending. K Drive will provide or confirm the final price before the trip is confirmed.
Private hire is priced by duration using the selected vehicle's hourly rate and minimum hire period. Requested time is rounded up to the next full hour unless K Drive agrees otherwise. The greater of requested hours and minimum hours is billable.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account communicated by K Drive or displayed with the booking instructions. Customers should use the booking reference as the transfer narration where requested. A transfer is not treated as verified until K Drive confirms receipt.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, passenger, pickup, destination and flight information.
- Be available at the agreed pickup point and time.
- Inform K Drive promptly about changes, delays or cancellations.
- Use the vehicle lawfully and avoid conduct that may damage the vehicle or endanger any person.
- Disclose luggage, passenger numbers or special requirements that may affect vehicle suitability.
5. Changes, waiting time and cancellations
Changes remain subject to availability and may affect price. Airport delays, waiting time, additional stops, route changes, overtime and late customer arrival may attract additional charges where communicated. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on timing, costs already incurred and the specific arrangement confirmed by K Drive.
6. Travel conditions
Journey times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, checkpoints, flight changes and events outside K Drive's reasonable control. Safety, legal requirements and road conditions take priority over requested arrival times.
7. Vehicle availability
K Drive will make reasonable efforts to provide the selected vehicle. If it becomes unavailable, K Drive may offer a suitable alternative and will communicate any material change before proceeding.
8. Partner enquiries
Submitting a partnership request does not create an employment, agency, listing or commercial relationship. Any relationship begins only after separate verification, discussion and written agreement with K Drive.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but may update, suspend or correct content, prices and features. Errors in displayed data do not prevent K Drive from correcting an estimate before confirmation.
